Once you’ve perfected a label’s look—font, color, text size, and border—you can apply that same design across your entire project for a cohesive set. Knowing this little trick will save you tons of time!
- While editing your project, select the label with the design you want to copy by clicking on the label preview box. Make sure this label is exactly how you’d like the rest to look.
- Click “Apply To All.” You’ll find this option in the Label Tools Toolbar.
- A pop-up will appear. Confirm your choice by clicking "Yes, apply..."
- Your design is now applied project-wide. All labels instantly update to match your selected design.
Note: Once the design is applied, this can not be undone. You can always update the entire project design again or edit each label individually.
