Party Labels is made for home printing! Just use regular or cardstock paper (we recommend 65–80 lb for best results), and your standard inkjet or laser printer. We also provide cut lines to help with trimming. If you need someone else to print it, you can also save your labels as a PDF.

Yes! You can save each label and group them into Projects to keep everything organized. Edit, duplicate, or print again anytime you like. Perfect for seasonal menus, client events, or adding last-minute items to the table. If you want to download a digital copy to save outside of Party Labels, learn how to save your labels as a PDF.

All labels are designed as landscape-oriented rectangles that fold in half to create polished, double-sided tent cards. While you can’t adjust the actual layout within the website, you can scale them larger or smaller when printing by adjusting your printer settings. For example, you can print them at 80% size for a smaller labels, 140% for a large label, or scale to fit your paper. You can also trim off the back half or cut them down into individual labels if needed.

Pro tip: The default size when printing at 100% is perfect for food tables, place settings, and product displays—but flexible enough to make it work for your unique setup!

Right now we’re focused on one super-versatile label: the double-sided rectangle tent. It’s ideal for food names, place cards, ingredient details, and product descriptions. We might expand with new label sizes and layouts depending on the interest of our members.

Each label allows a headline and an optional subheadline, both center-aligned for a clean, balanced look. If you leave the subheadline blank, your headline will automatically center itself vertically—no need to adjust the spacing or layout.

You can also choose from unlimited text colors and simple border styles to suit your vibe. Our minimalist approach helps you design fast without the overwhelm of too many options.

Not at this time. Instead of dozens of options to scroll through, we offer a focused set of 14 designer-approved font pairings that work beautifully across themes. Whether you’re hosting a cozy backyard baby shower or styling a modern grazing table, many of the pairings will fit the mood.
