Want to save your labels for printing later or send them to someone else? Here's how to easily save your print page as a PDF, whether you're on a computer or mobile device.
💻 On Desktop (Mac or Windows)
- Go to the Print Preview page.
- Press “Print” or Cmd + P (Mac) or Ctrl + P (Windows) to open your browser’s print dialog.
- In the Destination dropdown, instead of selecting a printer, select “Save as PDF.”
- Adjust your settings (paper size, scale, cut lines, etc.).
- Click Save and choose where to save your PDF file.
- Pro Tip: You can name your file with the event name and date to stay organized.
📱 On iPhone (iOS Safari)
- On the Print Preview page, tap the Share icon (square with an arrow).
- Scroll down and tap “Print.”
- On the print screen, use two fingers to pinch out (zoom in) on the preview.
- Tap the Share icon again in the top right of the PDF preview.
- Choose “Save to Files” or “Share via email/text” to save/send it as a PDF.
🤖 On Android (Chrome or Default Browser)
- Open the Print Preview page in your browser.
- Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
- Select “Print.”
- In the printer dropdown, select “Save as PDF.”
- Tap the blue PDF icon or Save button.
- Choose a folder and tap Save.
