When you’re ready to print your labels
- Click “Print” next to the project or while editing a project.
-
You’ll see a full preview of your labels, with options to adjust:
- Cut Lines – Turn on dotted lines for easier trimming.
- Print Quantities – Choose how many of each label to print. Set to 0 to skip one.
- Click on a label to edit it.
- When your labels look just right, click the “Print” button to open your printer settings. If they don't open, you might need to open them manually—learn how here.
Adjust Your Printer's Settings
When your system’s print dialog box opens, check these settings:
- Scale or Size: Start at 100% (or "Actual Size"). If you want your labels larger, increase the percentage. If your want your labels smaller, decrease the percentage. You can choose how large or small you want your labels to be and they will automatically adjust across the page.
- Paper Size: Choose Letter/8.5x11" or A4, depending on your printer and paper.
- Orientation: Switch between Portrait or Landscape and choose the option that looks best to you.
- Margins: Set to default or none for full coverage.
💡 Tip: Do a test print on plain paper before using cardstock or high-end paper.
All printers are different, so it's hard to know what settings are available to you. If you have a specific question on how to print Party Labels on your printer, contact us here and we'll do our best to help you troubleshoot.
